Choose Thai bodywork with Jon if you want a strong, structured physical treatment using pressure, assisted stretching, and mobility techniques. Or opt for Acupuncture with Ana if you prefer a more subtle approach to calming inflammation, balancing your energy, and encouraging faster recovery. This session is tailored to ease travel-related stress, reduce muscular tension from sitting or carrying luggage, and gently calm the nervous system.
