All elements of a Yogic practice can be included, choose your style, fast Vinyasa or gentle reflective Yin, meditation guidance, philosophy discussions, pranayam, we'd love to help you with any element of practice. Its also great if you and maybe some others want a class for beginners having been curious about Yoga, but not confident to just join a public class
