This session is ideal mid-stay or during quieter days, when your body needs care and your mind could use a little calm. We blend the emotional and the physical in a professional, deeply respectful space. Jon’s Thai bodywork focuses on releasing tension stored in the body—often the kind you didn’t even realise you were holding. Ana’s acupuncture sessions aim to restore emotional clarity, relieve anxiety or stress, and leave you feeling mentally lighter and physically stronger. You don’t need to explain anything. Just show up, breathe, and let your system recalibrate.
