This session is ideal mid-stay or during quieter days, when your body needs care and your mind could use a little calm. If walking is not for you this time, clarity can still be sought through Ana and a reading through Vedic Astrology or Tarot. If difficult choices are ahead, this insight is powerful. The trail walking, and reading are just options, the bodywork is our specialty here, it's typically a combination of acupuncture, Thai yoga massage, Shiatsu along with other techniques. We blend the emotional and the physical in a professional, deeply respectful space. Jon’s Thai bodywork focuses on releasing tension stored in the body—often the kind you didn’t even realise you were holding. Ana’s acupuncture sessions aim to restore emotional clarity, relieve anxiety or stress, and leave you feeling mentally lighter and physically stronger. You don’t need to explain anything. Just show up, breathe, and let your system re-calibrate.
