Service Description

In person classes are important to me. Throughout my practice, the atmosphere of a group class with shared intention is a wonderful thing. This is a spacious venue with attendance limited to 10 participants. Bring a mat and any props you feel you might need. I would recommend a block and a strap to give you all the options to develop your asana practice. The style will vary, it will however be mainly Vinyasa, don't worry if you are not familiar with styles, you will be guided through each class with care. Classes include elements of breath control and concentration practice to help develop your practice.

Cancellations due to ill health? There is no fee Unexplained cancellations within 24hrs of the booking will be charged at the full cost of the service
