Your holiday's ending—but your wellbeing doesn’t have to. Homeward Ready is a final gift to your future self: a session designed to prepare your body for the journey home, and your mind for the transition back to “real life.” We focus on releasing physical tension that builds from walking, sleeping in unfamiliar beds, or travel stress. We also work gently to support circulation, digestion, and immune function—so you arrive home feeling less stiff, tired, or foggy. This session often includes: Mobility and spinal work (Thai Bodywork with Jon) Acupoints for immune balance, rest, and focus (Acupuncture with Ana) Optional calming breathwork or stillness at the end Think of it as a full stop before a new sentence. A moment of deep care to close your time in the Azores with grace and strength.
